• BLOCK RATE means you purchase 10 hours at a time to receive a discount on those 10 hours. A purchase of a BLOCK RATE Package is counted as 1 purchase, but, you are buying a block of 10 hours.
• Alternately, PRICING BY THE HOUR means you may purchase however many hours you choose at our regular hourly price.
• Prices do not include taxes. Package discounts are non-refundable.  All BLOCK RATE purchases and PER HOUR purchases must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
